Account Information
• When you register with MemoryMigrations or submit information to MemoryMigrations, a temporary copy of that information is routinely made to prevent accidental loss of your information through a computer malfunction or human error.

• MemoryMigrations keeps your account information active in our user registration databases in order to provide immediate access to your scores.

• You may access your own information at any time to update or change.

Cancellation Policy - Data Protection
• You may terminate your account at any time by using our Cancellation Form.

• When you cancel your account you may elect to have your records permanently erased from our computers or you may ask us to continue to store them for you. Your records will be held on our secure servers and kept private, but they will be accessable to you if you decide to return as a member.

• If you ask MemoryMigrations to delete your account, your account will be deactivated and then deleted from our user registration database in approximately 5 days.
